Resumen: La inteligencia articial,
sin duda, es una herramienta ecaz
y eciente en la administración de
justicia penal que, en la medida en
que las instituciones públicas y pri-
vadas encargadas de su administra-
ción la utilicen, la brecha de tiempo
y calidad existente entre la viola-
ción del bien jurídico protegido y
la sentencia que así lo determine
se reducirá, permitiendo proteger
y garantizar el derecho humano al
acceso a la justicia. La inteligencia
articial ha tenido avances acelera-
dos en los últimos 80 años, a lo que
el derecho penal no puede ser aje-
no, y debe incorporar en sus proce-
sos la utilización de la inteligencia
articial para la prevención, inves-
tigación y sanción de conductas tí-
picas que pudieran poner en riesgo
bienes jurídicos protegidos.
Abstract: Articial intelligence,
without a doubt, it is an eective
and ecient tool in the administra-
tion of criminal justice that, to the
extent that public and private insti-
tutions in charge of its administra-
tion use it, the time and quality gap
between the violation of the pro-
tected legal right and the sentence
that determines it will be reduced,
allowing to protect and guarantee
the human right to access to jus-
tice. Articial intelligence has had
accelerated advances in the last 80
years, to which criminal law cannot
be alien, and must incor porate in
its processes the use of articial in-
telligence for the prevention, inves-
tigation and punishment of typical
conducts that could jeopardize pro-
tected legal assets.
