Nuevos miembros en el Comité editorial.
El Consejo editorial de nuestra Revista tiene el honor de contar con tres nuevos miembros, destacados
especialistas a nivel mundial en la materia arbitral, a saber: Bernado
Cremades, Socio de Cremades y Asociados y entre otros Presidente de
la Corte española de Arbitraje; José Carlos Fernández Rozas, Socio de
IPROLEX , catedrático en la Complutense de la Madrid y entre otros
miembro del Comité de Revisión del CIADI; y Christian Larroumet,
socio de Hauteclocque, Larroumet & Tessler, catedrático en la
Universidad de Paris II y miembro del Comité para América Latina de la
CCI.
Nueva composición de la Corte internacional de arbitraje de la CCI. Bajo la nueva presidencia de
Pierre Tercier, actuaran a partir del primer de marzo de 2006 como vicepresidentes los siguientes
miembros de la Corte:

̇ Hellwig Torggler (Austria)
̇ Ahmed S. El-Kosheri (Egipto)
̇ Jean-Paul Beraudo (Francia)
̇ Toshio Sawada (Japón)
̇ Claus von Wobeser (México)
̇ Michael Hwang (Singapore)
̇ Alan Redfern (Reino Unido)
̇ Carl F. Salans (Estados Unidos)
DeVries awards. This spring there will be making awards in honor of the late Professor Henry de Vries
of Columbia Law School, who was also a partner at Baker & McKenzie, for the best articles written in
the preceding year, 2005, in the fields of international litigation and arbitration. Copies of articles that you
have published in the past year that you consider to be worthy of consideration for the deVries awards can
be submitted if they correspond to the following criteria: (1) Significance of the contribution of the
article to knowledge in the field and (2) Quality of the writing and presentation. The selection will be
made by a jury that is in the process of being appointed and will be based solely on these criteria. It would
be most convenient if the entries could be submitted to Lawrence W. Newman (lwn@bakernet.com) and
