Mexico, Nov 21 (Notimex).- Artificial intelligence allows companies to find the best and most qualified candidates for their vacancies, but above all, with greater permanence in positions, said Marcelo Natalin, director in Mexico of the Worcket platform.

Through this tool, he explained in an interview, people who are looking for a job can select the company they like, both from a salary and emotional point of view; In turn, the recruiter will choose the personnel with the highest value, the highest quality in the selection process and the lowest costs.

He stressed that the most important aspect of this new selection process, based on artificial intelligence, is that "the hacking of personnel by other companies" can be avoided.

Although it has only been operating in Mexico for four months, this platform has managed to register 200 thousand people, and some 1,100 companies of all types have opted for this modality for the selection of their personnel.

In an interview, Natalin explained that the applicant for some position makes his request from a cell phone, from the application or app, with a videotaped curriculum.

With this technology, a personal interview will not be necessary with the Human Resources departments, but using algorithms, it is connected to the best employee profile with the need of the company, based on the coincidences.
